Joann Ball

JoAnn Schoonover Ball, 47 of Morgantown passed away on Saturday August 28, 2010 at her residence. She was born December 22, 1962 in Elkins, WV. JoAnn was a graduate of Morgantown High School. Over the years, she was employed with Morgan's Sporting Goods and the WVU Foundation Inc. JoAnn is survived by her fiancé Melvin "Tiny" Bohon and his daughters Megan and Britny Bohon both of Morgantown; her mother Betty Schoonover of Morgantown; two brothers David "Wolfey" Wolfe and wife Margie, James "Jimmy" Schoonover; Three sisters Brenda Marshall and husband Roger, Loretta Koon, Donna Pompili and husband Jim. JoAnn is also survived by many nieces, great nieces and one great nephew. JoAnn was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Dale Schoonover, her paternal grandparents Bill and Lucille Schoonover; Maternal grandmother Bertha Towns, and a nephew Roger Lee Marshall Jr. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Monday, August 30, 2010 from 3-5 and 7-9pm and again Tuesday from 12 noon until the time of services at 1pm. Burial will follow in the Halleck Cemetery.
