Joan E. Miller Boyce,

72, of Tyrone Avery area, passed away Friday, May 12, 2017 surrounded by her family.

The daughter of the late Blair and Elizabeth Miller, she was born August 23, 1944 in Tunnelton, WV.

Joan is survived by her husband, of 53 years, Lanny Boyce; a son, Jerry Boyce and his wife, Roxanne; a daughter, Lana Jo Boyce; grandchildren: Sarah Strickler, Frank Boyce, Kayla Wilson, and Bobby Boyce; three great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Blair Boyce; and her step father, Willis Stiles.

Family and friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home, Sunday, from 4 to 7pm and again on Monday, May 15, 2017 from 10am until the 11am service with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. Burial will follow at the Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
