Jean Louise Everson

Jean Louise Everson, 80, of Morgantown, passed away Sunday May 20, 2012 at Monongalia General Hospital. She was born August 3, 1931 in Federal, WV a daughter to the late Henry and Laura Cogar Cobb. Jean enjoyed sewing making quilts, putting together puzzles, and collecting porcelain dolls. She also loved music especially country music. She is survived by her son Danny Everson and wife Emma; daughters Barbara Molisee and husband Dewey, Gloria Sanders and husband Luther all of Snake Hill Rd., and Carolyn Johnson and husband John of Bretz, WV. Jean is also survived by a brother, 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Floyd Junior Everson, four brothers and a sister. Friends will be received at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Tuesday May 22, 2012 from 7-9pm and again on Wednesday from 9am until time of services at 10am with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Masontown, WV. The family would like to thank the ICU and housekeeping staffs at Monongalia General Hospital for all of their care and support.
