Janie Gertrude Wilson, 94, of Morgantown passed away Saturday September 6, 2014 at Mapleshire Nursing Home. She was born November 9, 1919 in Columbia, SC a daughter of the late Pearl Bookhart. Janie is survived by a son Leon Wilson and wife Christine of Pittsburgh, PA; 11 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her husband George Wilson; sons George Wilson, Jr., J.B. Wilson; daughter Pearl Wilson; and a brother Benny Wilson. Friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Tuesday September 9, 2014 from 11am until the time of funeral services at 12pm. Burial will follow at Nicholson Chapel Cemetery.
