Janette Dawn McClure, 53, of Miracle Run, WV, passed away unexpectedly at her home of natural causes on Monday, May 25, 2020. She is the daughter of John and Lovonna Janice Corder McClure of Fairview, WV.

Janette was employed by Kroger and worked most recently in the bakery. She worked at the Patteson Drive location for the last 32 years. She was a valued member of her Kroger family.

Janette was a member of the Miracle Run United Methodist Church. Janette loved to read and had a kind and compassionate heart. She would quietly care for others, often without them even knowing. That was her way, humble and kind.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her parents, John and Lovonna Janice McClure, of Miracle Run; two brothers, Jeffrey McClure of Miracle Run and Jason McClure and wife Rennetta of Core; and her special beloved nephew Chase McClure of Core. Also, surviving is her canine companion Alex.

Janette was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Clay and Goldie Corder and paternal grandparents, Edmund and Mary McClure.

Visitation with limitations will be held on Friday, May 29, 2020, at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home from 4 - 8 pm. Visitors will be asked to social distance from one another, wear masks, and avoid contact with members of the family. Private funeral services will follow on Saturday. Janette will be laid to rest at the Park Cemetery, Miracle Run, WV.
