Janet Adams Janet Adams, 76 of Grafton Rd., Morgantown passed away at Ruby Memorial Hospital on September 3, 2012 at 3:20pm with her family surrounding her. Janet was born October 31, 1935 in Kingwood, WV the daughter of the late Willis Fulk and Avis Anderson. Janet was a veteran of the United States Air Force, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She liked to paint and quilt and crochet, which she taught to her grandchildren. She was married to Porter Adams until his death. Janet and Porter had 2 children: Richard Adams and wife Patricia of Morgantown, whom she lived with, and Dana Henshaw and husband Denny of Valley Point, WV. Janet was blessed with 8 grandchildren, Kacie Titchenell, Kelcie Adams, Faith Adams, Hope Adams, Richard Adams 11, Brandy Merritt, Patty Climenti, John Climenti as well as 10 great grandchildren. She was a member of the Mount Calvary Assembly of God Church and a supporter of the Storehouse of God. In addition to her parents and husband Porter, she was preceded in death by a sister. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8pm and again on Thursday from 11am until the time of services at 12 noon with Pastor Johnny Whitehair officiating. Burial will follow in the West Virginia National Cemetery, Pruntytown with full military honors by members of the Taylor County Honor Guard and the Air Force.
