Guyla Rae Gans

Guyla Rae Gans, 87, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at Wheeling Hospital. She was born December 24, 1933, in Cheat Neck, a daughter of the late James Wolfe, Sr. and Edna Shaffer Wolfe. Guyla is survived by her husband Estol Gans; brother James Wolfe, Jr.; sister-in-law Bonnie Wolfe; son Mark Gans; nephew James Wolfe, III; niece Tracy Lynn Wolfe Stobbe. In addition to her parents, Guyla was preceded in death by her sister Marjorie Wolfe Goodwin; brother-in-law Chester Goodwin; and several nieces and nephews. Guyla enjoyed playing music, yardwork, cats, crossword puzzles and talking on the phone. Her family will her miss her mightily. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021, at 1pm at the Wolfe Cemetery, Fairchance Rd., Morgantown, WV with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating.
