Geraldine Chico

Geraldine Chico, 87 of Rehoboth, DE passed away Monday January 2, 2012 at the Harbor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Lewes, DE. Geraldine was born June 27, 1924 in Baltimore, MD daughter of the late Leon L. and Mary Bremer Perouty. Geraldine retired from the US Government as an executive secretary. She was Catholic by faith and attended the St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church in Lewes, DE. She is survived by her nephews; Paul Chico, Robert Chico, Jerry Turner, James Turner and Steve Adams; nieces, Mary Lee Bizanovich, Rena Labin, Rita Betoney, Patty Shaffer and Gerry Bailey. Also surviving are many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Carl A. Chico in December of 1998 and sister and brother-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Trovato formerly of Los Lunas, NM. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Thursday January 5, 2012 from 10am until time of services at 12 noon with Rev. Father John V. DiBacco officiating. Burial will follow at the East Oak Grove Cemetery.
