Gary Lee Joseph

Gary Lee Joseph, 41, of Core passed away June 23, 2011 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born October 28, 1969 in Morgantown a son to the late Gary Grant Turner and Bessie Joseph. He attended St. John's University Parish. Gary was a bus driver for Mountain Line Transit. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, woodworking, hunting, and anything outdoors. He also enjoyed grilling and barbequing. Most of all he was family man and loved his wife and children deeply. He is survived by his beloved wife Charlena Joseph; his children Austin Joseph and Hailey Joseph; a brother Dale Joseph; sisters Shiela Burkle and husband Steve, Daphanie Sheets and husband Todd, Evonne Nicholson, and Christi May. Gary is survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Bob and Irene Carubia; his grandmother Evelyn Carubia; foster father Kenny Shriver; brothers-in-laws and sisters-law Jason and Sherry Carubia, Shaun and Anna Mallory, David Carubia, and Nellie Carubia; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his foster mother Darla Shriver. Friends will be received at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Sunday June 26, 2011 from 10am until time of services at 1pm with Rev. Father Fred Byrne officiating. Burial will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to his family 1254 Long Drain Rd. Core, WV 26541.
