Frank Solomon

Frank Solomon, 67, of Solomon Road in Morgantown, unexpectedly passed away at home on Saturday, January 14, 2023.

Frank was born December 23, 1955, in Morgantown, to the late Stanley and Josephine Solomon.

He lived in Osage, West Virginia most of his life, graduating from University High School in 1972. Frank worked for and co-owned Solomon’s Market and Solomon Rentals until his retirement.

He was a member of Faith Church International, where his faith was strengthened and through which he built his circle of friends and family. Frank served as a greeter, welcoming everyone with his big smile. He loved to attend the events of the IronMen ministry, where he participated in many service projects.

Frank is survived by three sisters, Karen (Thomas) Bochna of Morgantown, Marina Solomon of Fredericksburg, Virginia, & Linda Orinick of Morgantown; one nephew, Solomon Alexander (Emily) Winans; one great niece, Emma Josephine; and one great nephew, Maximillian of Spring, Texas.

Friends and family will gather at the Fred Jenkins Funeral Home on Tuesday January 17, 2023 from 1 to 3 & 5 to 7 PM and again on Wednesday from 10 AM until services at 11 AM with Reverend Dr. John Polis officiating. Immediately following, he will be laid to rest at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
