Evalina Brunelli

Evalina P Brunelli, 93, passed peacefully July 20, 2021at Mapleshire Home in Morgantown, WV. Being the youngest of thirteen children, was born August 14, 1927 in Carnegie, PA to Nicholas and Maria DiCello. She lived most of her life in Niles, Ohio where she worked in ladies fashions until her retirement in 1996 from Victoria's Secrets. Evalina was a devout Catholic and was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. She belonged to the Infant Jesus of Prague Guild and volunteered on a regular basis. She also enjoyed gathering with her friends playing cards once a month. She moved to Morgantown in 2010 and resided with her daughter, son in law and bulldog, Daisy Mae. Evalina loved spending time with family and friends, especially with her granddaughter. She also enjoyed dining at restaurants, traveling, baking, dancing and roller skating. She skated well into her 60's. She loved to meet people and always had a kind work and a smile on her face. She is survived by her daughter Pamela Gaston; son in law Ray Gaston and granddaughter Christina Bello of Chicago, II. She's also survived by many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parent s and siblings, she was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Angelo J Brunelli and grandson Step hen J Bell. Honoring her wishes, she was cremated by the Fred Jenkins Funeral Home. There will be a private mass of celebration with her family at a later date.
