Emmadee Shreve

Emmadee Shreve, 94, of Morgantown, passed away on Thursday July 4, 2019 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born February 22, 1925 in Browns Chapel, WV a daughter of the late Elza and Ora Smith. Emmadee worked as a housekeeper at Ramada Inn in Morgantown for many years. She enjoyed reading her Bible and talking on the phone. She is survived by a son Gary Shreve and wife Katy of Morgantown; daughters Barbara Stull of Fairmont, Brenda Wolfe and husband Don, Linda Flowers-Carpenter and husband Evert all of Morgantown, and 16 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Emmadee was preceded in death by her husband Ray 'silver Bullet" Shreve; and all of her siblings. Friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Sunday July 7, 2019 from 2-6pm and again on Monday from 10am until the time of funeral services at 11am with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating.
