Edith Blanch Wolfe Leonard, 87, of Morgantown, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her lovingfamily on Saturday December 5, 2015. She was born on November 3, 1928, the youngest daughter of the late Harold and Blanch Wolfe. She was a retired nurse, and active member of the Granville Fire Department Ladies" Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing Bingo, reading, crocheting, sewing, and spending time with her family and friends. She was known for her feisty spirit, and helpful ways. Blanch is survived by her three children; son Joe Leonard and his companion Sharon Dennis, daughter Debby Springer and husband Jim, daughter Barb Slaughter; daughter-in-law Priscilla Leonard; her nine grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and faithful dog Spike. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by eight sisters; her husband of 53 years Bob Leonard; and a son Terry Leonard. Friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Monday December 7, 2015 from 2-4pm & 6-8pm and again on Tuesday from 10am until the time of funeral services at 11am with Rev. Edward Rowan officiating.
