Edgar Phillips

Edgar Phillips, 87, of Morgantown passed away on Tuesday December 31, 2019 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born on November 19, 1932. Edgar was a coal miner for many years and a member of the UMWA Local District 31. Edgar is survived by his wife Julia Phillips; five children Larry Phillips, Jan, Tina, Kimmy Dawn, Debbie; and one stepson Charles Dawson; and many grandchildren and other extended family members. Services were private and under the direction of Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home. Edgar was entombed at Beverly Hills Chapel of Tranquility Mausoleum. Private 01/02/2020 2:00 PM
