Dottie Lou Mackley, age 79, passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at Hopemont Hospital in Terra Alta, WV. She will be laid to rest at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens. All services will be private and under the care of Fred Jenkins Funeral Home.
