Dorothy Pearl Hunt Moran, 86 of Morgantown passed away Wednesday Feb. 3, 2010 at the Sundale Nursing Home. She was born November 20, 1923 in Morgantown daughter of the late Claude E. and Lora ‘Betty’ Murphy Hunt. Dorothy worked for several years as a nurse’s aide at the Mon General Hospital and later was a homemaker for many years. She was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Morgantown where she was devoted to the work of the church including the bus ministry and children’s ministry. Dorothy is survived by her husband William ‘Bill’ Moran of Morgantown; son James ‘Jim’ Clark Krupinski of Michigan; sister Ester Pauline Hunt Wright of Baltimore, MD; several grandchildren, great grandchildren. Also surviving are nieces, Margaret Hassenpflug, Joan Joyce Hunt, Sandra Kaye Gifford all of Morgantown and Mary Ann Liston of Bruceton Mills; nephew Jimmy Hunt of Tunnelton and special friends B.E. and Wilma Bunner of Morgantown. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Junior Luzader; second husband Harry Clark; third husband Burl Henderson; two sons David Luzader Hood and Gerald ‘Jerry’ Luzader Snider; one infant daughter Janet Luzader; brothers Arthur C. Hunt, Harry E. Hunt, Virgil L. Hunt, George L. Hunt, Earl M. Hunt, Paul E. Hunt and Claude E. Hunt, Jr. ; sisters Ida A. Hunt, Opal M. Hunt, Thelma L. Hunt and Braxie E. Hunt Cobun, and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Thursday Feb. 4 from 2-4 and 6-8pm and again on Friday from 10am until time of services at 11am with Pastor Bennie Moran officiating. Burial will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Fairmont, WV.
