Donald James Sanders

Donald James Babe' Sanders, 66, of Morgantown, died Thursday, July 3, 2014 at the Grafton City Hospital. He was born December 4, 1947 in Morgantown, son of the late Charles and Elizabeth Wolfe Sanders. Donald was most recently employed by Morgantown Utility Board. He is survived by his sister, Alice Sissy' Everson; brothers Paul Sanders, Leo Sanders and wife June, Luther Sanders and wife Gloria, Wayne Sanders and wife Shirley, Keith Sanders and wife Gaylene and William Sanders, all of Morgantown. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by two sisters, Gladys Steele, Ida Mae Biondi; two brothers Elden and Francis Sanders; two brothers-in-law, Jim Steele and Cog Biondi and his faithful canine companion Bruno. Friends will be received at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Monday July 7, 2014 from 3 to 5pm and 7 to 9pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday July 8 at 11am at the Fred L. Jenkins Chapel of Prayer. Burial will follow at the Dunn Cemetery, Snake Hill Road Morgantown.
