Diana Elaine Hambleton

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Diana Elaine Hambleton, age 69, who left this world on October 4, 2026. Born in Petersburg, West Virginia, she was the cherished daughter of Adrian Hambleton, Sr. and Nancy Southerly Hambleton. Diana was preceded in death by her beloved parents and her siblings, Adrian Hambleton, Jr., Nancy Lou Whetzel, and Barbara Weese.

Diana's life was a testament to resilience and love. She is survived by her son, Jared Wratchford with Justice Hillen, and her treasured grandchildren, Elias and Enidy Hillen, all of Dunbar, PA, who brought her immense joy.

Also mourning her loss are her brother, David Hambleton of Grant County, WV, and her sister, Donna Hambleton of Rio, WV.

Diana was a proud graduate of Moorefield High School and dedicated 27 and a half years to American Woodmark, where she worked tirelessly to provide for her family until her health required an early retirement. Her faith as a Pentecostal guided her life, instilling in her the strength and compassion that she showed to everyone she met.

In her spare time, Diana embraced technology, becoming an enthusiastic user of Facebook and computers. She found joy in connecting with others and keeping up with the changing times, showcasing her bright spirit and willingness to learn.

All services will be private, allowing her family to mourn her passing in peace while cherishing the memories of her loving nature.

Diana will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew her. Her legacy of kindness and resilience will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
