Darlene Eloise Hall

Darlene Eloise Hall, 76, of Morgantown passed away Thursday August 7, 2014 at Madison Nursing Home with her children at her bedside. She was born July 6, 1938 in Morgantown a daughter of the late Thomas and Opal Dalton Davis. Darlene worked for many years at Sterling Faucet. She was an avid pet lover. She also enjoyed watching and feeding birds, and playing BINGO. She is survived by a son George Hall and wife Mary Jo of Morgantown; daughters Debby Deavers and husband Bobby, Ginger Ault and husband Junie; grandchildren Jimmy Wilburn and wife Andrea, Jason Wilburn and wife Lisa, Robby Deavers and wife Liz, Tommy Deavers, Danielle Ault, April Ault, Austin Ault; and great grandchildren Carah Wilburn, Conner Wilburn, Alayna Wilburn, Dustin Wilburn, Graham Deavers, and Owen Deavers. In addition to her parents, Darlene was preceded in death by her companion of over 40 years George Metheny and a sister Arlene Davis. The family would like to thank the special staff and residents that Darlene considered family at Madison Nursing Home. Friends will be received at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Sunday August 11, 2014 from 11am until the time of funeral services at 2pm with Rev. Craig Falkenstine officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hills Cemetery.
