Danny Lenhart, 59, passed away unexpectedly at his beloved Lake O’ Woods home.
The son of Robert and Joann Lenhart, he was born June 24, 1959, in Morgantown, WV.
Long-time owner of A/C Refrigeration Plus, Danny was an avid hunter and fisherman, a jack of all trades, and a moonshine connoisseur. He was known amongst family and friends as the “Wing King”. Most of all, Danny loved spending time with his family and hosting cookouts.
In addition to his parents, Danny is survived by his children: DJ Lenhart and his wife, Whitney, Cassidy Berens and her husband, Joey, and Angela Lenhart; a granddaughter, Ayla Berens; and he was looking forward to the arrival of his grandson in June. Surviving family also includes: a sister, Cindy Rowan and her husband Arlen, a brother, Chuck Lenhart and his wife, Melissa; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at Fred L Jenkins Funeral Home, Thursday, January 31, 2019, from 4 to 8 PM. Casual attire is appropriate. Honoring Danny’s wishes, cremation services will follow.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, you enjoy a Budweiser and some wings with your friends and family.
