Daniel Tell Shisler Daniel Tell Shisler, 59 of Rhubarb Lane, Morgantown passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at his residence with his family by his side following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born August 17, 1952 in Morgantown, the son of the late George and Exa Howell Shisler. Daniel was a retired glass glazer, member of the glass workers union Local 751 and a member of the Morgantown Moose. Daniel loved the outdoors. He loved camping, hunting, fishing and playing horseshoes. He is survived by his wife of 37 years Marie (Susie) Lewis Shisler, a son Daniel Shisler Jr. at home, 4 daughters Marsha Conard and husband Timothy of Morgantown, Christy Johnson and husband LaMar of Morgantown, Cindy Dineley and husband Shawn of North Carolina and Rachael Shisler and her companion Doug Brake of Morgantown. 3 sisters Freda (Tootie) Keyser and husband Tom of Morgantown, Ida Taft of Ohio and Bonnie Crawford and husband Robert of Ohio. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren with one on the way. In addition to his parents, Daniel was preceded in death by brothers Robert George Shisler, Floyd Shisler and a sister Glenna Henlin. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 from 4-8pm and again on Thursday from 10am until the time of services at 11am with Pastor David Hudson officiating. Burial will follow in the Arnettsville Cemetery. The family would like to give a special thank you to Hospice Care for their care a n kindness.
