Charlotte Lee Braham

Charlotte Lee Braham, 70, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2020. She was born May 23, 1949 in Morgantown, daughter of the late Margaret Phillips and Walter Stevens.

Charlotte had been employed at WVU Medicine for over 41 years. She was a devoted wife, celebrating 50 years of marriage in 2019. Charlotte enjoyed spending time with friends and family, camping, and playing slot machines, but her most favorite thing was loving and taking care of her husband, children and grandchildren. Charlotte never missed an event, celebration or ball game. She was always there to cheer on the kids.

Charlotte is survived by husband, Richard L. Braham Sr.; her son, Richard L. Braham Jr. and his wife, Connie of Morgantown; her daughter, Renee Rhome and her husband, Mike of Morgantown; grandchildren, Noah, Luke, and Riley; her dog, Sophie; a grand dog, Putter; a brother, Ronald Phillips and his wife, Mary of Cassville; a sister in law, Sandy Wise and her husband, Richard of Wana, WV; mother in law, Susie Rowan of Star City; and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home, Wednesday from 3pm to 7pm and again on Thursday, January 16, 2020 from 9am until the 10am funeral service, with Pastor Rob Bennett officiating. Burial will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
