January 6, 1937 — April 3, 2016

Charles F. Shriver, 79, of Morgantown, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 3, 2016, with his family by his side. Charles was born on January 6, 1937 in Morgantown, son of the late Olive V. Shriver Wolfe and step father Paul W. ‘Nibby’ Wolfe.
