Cecil "Cotton" Keith Watson, 53, of Morgantown Passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 peacefully with his wife and three daughters by his side. He was born December 13, 1956 in Grafton,WV , the son of the late Cecil and Naomi Watson. Cecil traveled the world while serving in the army, for ten year. He was a family man that love to spend time with his wife , daughters and grandchildren. He enjoyed watching the Steelers and Mountaineers on his big screen. He was manager of Surburban Sanitation transfer station for 26 years. Cecil is survived by his wife of 26 years Linda Watson, 3 daughters Charity Watson and fiancé Jason Seaton, Teresa Sealey and spouse Anthony Sealey and Brittany Watson adopted daughter Julie Willard. 4 grandchildren Ethan and Aubrey Seaton and Maddox and Cecil Sealey. 3 Brothers Randy Watson, Terry Watson and Kevin Watson. Nieces and nephews Wynn Arellano, Albert Brown, Alexis Houchin, Anna Brown, Michael Watson and Evan Brown, his mother in law Ida Brown and many aunts , uncles, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers Michael Watson and Robert Murray, paternal grandparents Cecil and Mary Watson, maternal grandparents William and Allie Murray.Special thanks to Dr. Troy Sedlmeyer, Dr Burns and Doug, Dawn and Martinek of Hospice Care Corp., Linda and Jimmy of JanCare. Cecil loved taking his wife, children and grandchildren to Texas Roadhouse to eat, so in lieu of flowers, please take your family and grandchildren to dinner. Donations can also be made to Hospice Care Corp. At Cecil’s request, he will be cremated. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Saturday, March 13, 2010 from 12 noon until time of memorial services at 1pm with a dear family member Perkie Preston officiating.
