Carry Wayne Lewis

Carry Wayne Lewis, 64, of Granville passed away Wednesday December 28, 2011 at his home. He was born November 14, 1947 in Morgantown a son to the late Hunton and Annabelle Lewis Brown. He is survived by a son Joseph Paul Lewis and wife Paula of Mount Morris, PA; daughter Dianne Bennett of Fairmont; seven brothers James Brown and wife Cathy of Maidsville, Thomas Brown and wife Darlene of Kirby, PA, William Brown of Waynesburg, PA, Joe Brown and wife Brenda of Morgantown, Johnl Brown and companion Linda Smith of Granville, Michael Brown and wife Barbara of Jere, David Brown and wife Edna of Cassville; four sisters Rose Dalton and husband Marvin of Mount Morris, PA, Ruth Rowan and husband Willard of Maidsville, Connie Chambers and husband Mark of Mount Morris, PA; Gen Yatsko and companion John Lipscomb of Greensboro, PA; and an adopted brother Rick Kaiser of Morgantown. Carry is also survived by two grandchildren Clorressa Jackson and Courtney Lewis; great granddaughter Makenzie Jackson; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two grandchildren Damon Lewis and Makenna Lewis. Carry will be missed by all of his family and friends, but especially missed by his caregivers Johnl Brown and Linda Smith. Friends will be received at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Friday December 30, 2011 from 6-8pm and again on Saturday from 10am until time of funeral services at 11am with Pastor Joseph Zarilla officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery.
