Bonnie Jean Perine

Bonnie Jean Perine, 59, of Bruceton Mills, went home to be with the Lord on August 30, 2021, surrounded by loving family. She was born July 24, 1962, to Dewey & Shirley Pounds. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandma/Mimi, and friend. She spent her years caring for others. She was self-employed most of her life, co-owning Perine's mobile home park with her husband. She loved everyone that she came in contact with. To live out her legacy of love are her husband of 40 years, Perry Perine; sons Perry Jr (Jessica) Perine and Jonathan(Leah) Perine; four grandchildren, Hayle, Nevaeh, Isaiah, and Raelynn Perine; two sisters, Anita(Ray) Wolfe-Zybell and Donna Mayle. Also surviving are her sisters in love, Laura Perine & Lezlie (Lewis) Lough; brother in love, Nathan Perine; nieces Heather Wolfe-Belanger & Crystal Wolfe, Savanna & Sahara Belanger, Vella Guthrie, Ariel Perine; nephews Brandon Lough, Adam(Samantha) Mayle and Orien Pyles. She was preceded in death by her parents Dewey & Shirley Pounds. Sister Clara Pounds. Brothers in love, Kevin Perine & Bliss Mayle. Parents in love, Oneta & Junior Perine. Friends will be received at the Fred Jenkins Funeral Home on Thursday, September 2, 2021, from 1 – 3 PM and again from 5 PM until the time of services at 7 PM. Cremation will follow, and a private inurnment will be held by the family. It is recommended that all guests attending properly wear a face covering. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Hospice, an organization that was very important to Bonnie.
