Betty Jean Stevens Betty Jean Stevens, 87 of Cheat passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at the Monongalia General Hospital. She was born January 20, 1926 in Elkins ,WV, the daughter of the late Troy G. and Gladys Isner Webley. Betty was a member of the Avery United Methodist Church and a homemaker. She is survived by her son Robert Stevens 11 and his companion Sherry Kuhn of Morgantown; 2 grandchildren Hillary Cain and husband Jamie and Matthew Stevens, also surviving are 2 great grandchildren Jacob Cain and Coalton Cain. Friends may be received at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Friday , May 17, 2013 from 6-8pm and again Saturday from 12 noon until the time of services at 1pm with Rev. Richard Work officiating. Burial will follow in the Elkins Memorial Gardens, Elkins,WV. In lieu of flowers, donations in Betty's memory may be to the Avery United Methodist Church 1152 Cheat Rd., Morgantown, WV 26508
