Betty Lou Hawley

Betty Lou Hawley, 72 of Pleasant Valley Road, Fairmont passed away on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born November 17, 1939 in Morgantown, the daughter of the late Delbert and Daisy May Stansberry. Betty was a retired employee of the Monongalia County School s and a former employee of Westinghouse. Betty enjoyed going to the Senior Center and playing bingo and attended the Pisgah United Methodist Church in her earlier years. She is survived by her two daughters and their husbands Susan Jean and Theodore Kisko of Morgantown and Sandra Kay and Richard Crites also of Morgantown, one sister Patty Jean Flowers of Westover , one brother Arlie Fred Stansberry of Morgantown, Three grandchildren Sevanna Lynea Kisko ,Dean and Hayley Crites .Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Billy Hawley and one brother Kenneth Lee Stansberry. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 from 5-8pm and again on Thursday at the Pisgah United Methodist Church, Rt. 73 from 11am until the time of services at 1pm with Amy Hagedorn officiating. Burial will follow in the Pisgah Cemetery.
