Barbara Jean Klingensmith

Barbara Jean Klingensmith, 67, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018 with her loving family by her side.

The daughter of the late Earl and Vernie Sandy she was born November 21, 1950, in Morgantown.

Barbara had an amazing green thumb and loved working with flowers and plants. Her favorite place was the beach and she enjoyed being out in the sun. Most of all Barbara loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Peters and Krista Klingensmith and her spouse, Gina Caputo; her son in law, Ben Peters; five grandchildren: Justin Lemley Travis Peters, Kayla Peters, Sarah Peters, and Chase Caputo-Klingensmith; a brother, Robert “Bob” Sandy; and her lifelong companion, Bonnie Watts.

Family and friends are invited to Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 5pm until the 7pm life celebration service. Honoring Barbara’s wishes cremation services were provided.
