Atlanta Jean Kegley, 74, of Harley Drive, Morgantown, WV passed away Friday February 6, 2015 at her home. She was born in Morgantown WV on June 3, 1940, daughter to the late Charles R. King and Ruby Lucille Flowers King. Atlanta was co-owner of Baker's Delight Bakery and was a former member of Riverside Apostolic Church. Atlanta is survived by her children Pamela D. Wills of Stockbridge, Georgia, Sandra K. McGilton of Morgantown, Thomas D. Whitehead of Dayton, OH, James E. Whitehead of Morgantown, Martha J. Self of Pocahontas Co, WV, Terry A. Kegley of Morgantown, Cathy A. Lowther of Morgantown, John F. Kegley of Lakeworth, FL, Joetta D. Martin of Bloomingrose, WV, Diana S. Kegley McGilton of Morgantown. Also surviving are 22 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; one great great grandson; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Atlanta was preceded in death by her husband John R. Kegley and one daughter Theresa R. Whitehead; sisters, Clara McCreery, Margaret Peggy White. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Tuesday February 10, 2015 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm; and again on Wednesday from 10am until time of services at 11am. Burial will follow at the Pleasant Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, it is requested that a monetary donation be made in Atlanta's memory to the Morgantown Hospice located at 1063 Maple Drive, Morgantown, WV 26505.
