Arthur 'Art' G. Justus

Arthur G. "Art" Justus, 88, of Morgantown, passed away on Sunday June 26, 2016 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born December 4, 1927 in Cowen, WV a son of the late Ulysses G. and Otta Long Justus. Art was a U.S. Army veteran serving in both World War II and the Korean Conflict. After his honorable discharge from the Army he worked as a Maintenance Forman for Consolidated Coal Company until his retirement in 1989. He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years R. Virginia Kelley Justus; three children Ralph Justus, Bruce Justus, Brenda Snyder and husband Gary all of Morgantown; five grandchildren Jamie and husband Ryan Justus of Morgantown, Gary "Pete" D. Snyder and wife Jenny of Olive Branch, MS, Kelly Cantwell and husband Chris of Bradenton, FL, David Justus and wife Susie of Washington PA, James Justus and fianc Tonya of Morgantown; one sister Mary Parsons of Craigsville, WV; 10 great grandchildren and one great great grandson. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a grandson William "Billy" Justus and several brothers and sisters. Cremation services are being provided by Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home.
