Arlie Bliss Weber

Arlie B. Weber, 92, of Core, WV, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2013 at the Madison. She was born August 27, 1920 in Gilmer County, WV the daughter of the late Everett Cleveland and Esta Duley Harris. Arlie worked for several years before retiring from WVU. Her greatest joy was cooking and spending time with her family. She is survived by nine sons, Everett Weber and wife Sharon of Odessa, TX, Clyde E. Weber and wife Elizabeth of San Antonio, TX, Robert E. Weber and wife Sue of Maidsville, Michael Weber and wife Tracy of Granville, John Weber and wife Linda of Morgantown, James Weber and wife Kay, Gail Weber and wife Louella, Richard Jake' Weber and wife Thomasine, Howard Weber and wife Marcia all of Core; three daughters, Doris J. Houston of Westover, Judy Reed and husband Glenn of Miracle Run and Charlotte Lemley and husband Clarence of Core. Also surviving are 26 grandchildren; 49 great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren and one brother James Harris of Ohio. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Roy Clyde Weber; one brother and six sisters. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Thursday June 13, 2013 from 5pm until 9pm and again on Friday from 10am until time of services at 11am with Pastor Damon Nicholson officiating. Burial will follow at the Olive Cemetery, Pentress, WV.
